What is INVENTORUM?

INVENTORUM is a user-friendly and modern application on the iPad for the daily operations of a retailer. The App offers all basic functions such as cash register, merchandise management, accounting and customer administration. This saves time and money. Through simultaneous connectivity with the integrated web shop, the radius of action and hence the turnover can be significantly increased. Important company performance indicators are displayed in real time which also enable an objective assessment of the profitable products and optimization of the product supply. INVENTORUM can be used on any existing iPad.

Is INVENTORUM right for my industry?

Definitely. Every business has special needs. For individual needs we offer an extensive introductory consultation in which all details and requirements can be discussed. Together we will find the right approach for your business.

How do I obtain the software?

INVENTORUM is delivered as a service over the Internet, i.e. no on-site installation of the software is necessary. A basic registration for our 14-day test period is all you need. Our employees will support you by telephone or, if you wish, at our office during your very first projects. You only need an iPad. Which, by the way, you can also rent.

How do I register my account?

Visit us at www.inventorum.com, provide us with all relevant information and you will receive an email with the next steps. You have no risk because the software can be tested for 14 days completely free of charge.

What costs will I incur?

14 days 0 € – if you can no longer doe without than you can decide between: BASIC from 39.00 / PLUS from 59.00 / PREMIUM from 79.00 EUR There are no setup or installation costs! You can find more information here. We will be happy to find the right model for you together – individually tailored to your needs.

Which payment options do I have?

The payment for the use of our App is made by direct debit or via invoice, monthly or annually, whatever is most convenient.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. Depending on the contract, the INVENTORUM App can be canceled on a monthly or yearly basis.

What payment options do my customers have?

What do I do if there are problems? Accessibility?

You can reach us Monday to Friday from 8-19 am and Saturday from 10-16 pm at the telephone number +49 30 208 98 63 30 or send us an e-mail at support@inventorum.com.

10. I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Send an e-mail to us at support@inventorum.com and we will send you a new password. Unfortunately this is not possible by telephone because of data privacy reasons.

11. How can I add or edit products to/in my inventory?

Products can easily be added directly via the App or through an Excel upload in the back office, which you can access via a standard web browser.

Do I need a permanent internet connection?

Yes, since Inventorum is an online based service, an internet connection is required.

13. What happens if I lose the iPad or it gets stolen?

Access to INVENTORUM requires a passcode and is therefore protected in the event of loss or theft. However, please let us know immediately if such a case occurs so that we can block your software access as quickly as possible: Block account: + 49 30 208 98 63 30 (Mon-Fri 8 am-7 pm, Sat 10 am-4 pm)

14. How is the data backed up? Is there a backup?

You don’t have to worry about backups. We constantly carry out automatic data backups which you can access at any time > Cloud POS system Your personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are processed using a secure transmission procedure. The so-called SSL encryption converts your data into cryptic codes for transmission, which are decrypted by the data server. In this way, this data cannot be read by third parties during transmission on the Internet.
